We received an inquiry on our website about building a custom dining room table. Our client actually found us because one of their friends shared some of the work we had done for them on social media. (Have you heard that referrals are super important to small businesses? It's so true!) She sent us some photos of the style she liked and other details like the desired size, and then we got to work!
The table top is solid ash. We finished it with a light gray stain and a clear coat to help it coordinate with the existing floor.
The black square metal legs are perfect for the modern industrial style of this table. For a more unique touch, we inlaid a piece of metal in the top to give the illusion that the legs go all the way through.
It's difficult to tell in these photos, but our client also opted for a counter height table. This has definitely become more popular, as we've had multiple clients request that height recently.
We love how this table turned out and how perfect it looks in the space.
